CLASSIC GENTLEMAN

Begin your wedding journey with timeless style. This package offers basic coverage foundation and hair setting to sharpen your look. Perfect for smaller ceremonies or the minimalist groom. Cons: The foundation can appear a bit cakey, especially under certain lighting or if your skin is very dry.

MAJESTIC PRINCE

Elevate your special day with the Majestic Prince package, offering a lighter, more flawless finish ideal for photographs. Specially designed for special occasions, this package provides a seamless and long-lasting finish. The finish minimises issues of cakeyness and is better suited for dry skin.

OUT-OF-STATION SERVICE

ADDITIONAL 30% CHARGE

Elevate your special day with our Premium Out-of-Station Service, now available for an additional 30% on top of our standard rates. This exclusive service is offered to venues located within a 30km to 150km radius. We kindly remind clients that we do not extend our services beyond 150km.

CAB CHARGES: Additional, applicable only up to 150km.

ACCOMMODATIONS & MEALS: Clients are responsible for providing hotel accommodation and meals for our team.

AVAILABILITY FOR TRIALS:

Timing: Trials are available by appointment from 10 AM to 1 PM.
Days: Please note, no trials on Saturdays and Sundays.
Advance Booking: Trials should be scheduled at least 10 days before the event date.
Duration: Trials typically take a lot of time, often extending due to selection and experimentation with various makeup and hair styles.
Purpose: These comprehensive sessions ensure every detail is meticulously planned, allowing us to perfect your look for the special day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Confirmation: Bookings can be confirmed in person or via email, with full event details and a receipt of payment against a quote provided by us. Full payment along with a caution deposit is required no later than 2 weeks before the event date to confirm your booking.
Service Modifications: Any changes to the booked services, such as adjustments in time, makeup, or hair requirements, must be communicated and agreed upon at least 7 days prior to the event. Last-minute changes may be subject to additional charges.
Travel Fee: A travel fee will apply for services rendered outside of the booking branch. The exact location of the event venue is necessary to determine the travel fee and confirm the booking.
Deposits and Rentals: Deposits are mandatory for any rented items. Our rental rate includes all accessories, attachments, and decorative jewelry, which must be returned by the next day of your event. Failure to return these items on time will incur a charge of ₹1500 per day.
Damage Charges: Charges will be levied for any damage due to misuse or improper care of rented items.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 14 days or earlier: 25% of the total cost.
- Cancellations made 7 days or earlier: 35% of the total cost.
- Cancellations within 3 days of the event: 50% of the total cost.
- No-shows will incur a charge of 75% of the total booking cost.
Refunds: All refunds, including deposits (after necessary deductions), will be processed to your bank account within 7 working days upon a written request from the client. No refunds are offered for completed makeup and hair services. Any issues should be reported while our team is on location.
Early Morning Fee: An additional fee will be charged for services required on location before 6:00 AM.
Photography and Marketing: We may photograph you during your consultation or event and send the photos as a keepsake. These images may be used for social media and our portfolio. Please inform us if you do not wish to have your photos taken or used for marketing purposes.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These policies ensure that both parties enjoy a clear, professional understanding regarding the provision of our services.
