Refund Policy

At Vinitas Enterprises Private Limited, we strive to provide the highest quality of service. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

1. Service Refunds: Refunds for services rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a redo of the service or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
2. Product Refunds: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund. Opened or used products are non-refundable.
3. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
